We no longer accept international orders

"Returned to Sender" Packages

If a package is returned to us due to insufficient address information, you will be charged for the shipping costs required for the reshipment of the package.

Shipping Time

All items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

Insurance

We are not responsible for items stolen, lost or damaged in transit. All packages will be shipped with delivery confirmation or have a tracking number.

Return and Exchange Information

Customer satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new condition, unwashed and unused, in all original packaging. We will not accept returns on sale, clearance, washed or used items. Unless they are defective and fall under the guidelines listed below. Please contact us if you want to make a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept returns without this number. The RMA should be clearly written on the outside of the mailing package.

Defective Products If you find our products to be defective we will gladly refund your money once we receive the defective merchandise. Please make sure that all items are clean and dry before shipping them back to us. We will not handle any items that are wet, damp, dirty, smelly, or stained. If we receive any items in a condition listed above we will return it to you at your own cost. Keep in mind that all fabrics put under a daily stress of washing and drying will start showing wear over time. We are not responsible for such normal wear and tear, or for any improper usage of our products. Unless we made a mistake with your order you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Payment Information At this time we gladly accept PayPal or money orders. All money orders must be sent within one week of purchase or your items will be returned to stock.
